What do we do?

Unlike some of our competitors, we don't tell you that you need competition permits in states such as WA or TAS. Unlike any of our other competitors, we don't run a mixed business which incorporates trade promotions, we are all about trade promotions. We only send our customers an invoice after we have successfully obtained the competition permits our client would require and accept payment via credit card, EFT, or cheque.

We use our knowledge and experience to help companies who are looking to promote their brand and products. We are not lawyers and cannot provide legal advice, but can save you time and money in acting as your agent and with our knowledge of promotions and competition permit applications.

Our Management

Connor James is Permitz Group's Managing Director. He drives the business, manages key clients and works with the team to deliver the best possible service to our clients.

Connor is a qualified solicitor with Law and Science graduate and post graduate qualification. With extensive experience in the trade promotion laws and an in­‐depth understanding of marketing, Connor has held legal,compliance and complaints management positions in energy retail, network, technology and media companies. Connor worked as Competitions Manager for over two years for Pacific Magazines, the magazine publishing arm of the Seven Media Group.
